"They have been my local State Farm for 6 years and I do not have 1 complaint. They have been phenomenal in every aspect. This is an agent and his right hand badass Marissa in the office. This isn't a big staff at all, so they cant answer the phone right away every time. But they have always called me back immediately if I had to leave a message. I don't understand the bad reviews on here, probably just impatient people. Do not let these impatient customers deter you from calling them. A+ service 24/7 365 all the time every time."
